A modern take on a Hong Kong cha chaan teng (casual café). A full fitout from shell to include new HVAC< Electrics, wall and floor finishes, bespoke joinery which includes grab-and-go counter for quick lunches (popular with office workers) and a proper sit-down dining area with bar and large storage units.(about 27 indoor seats + outdoor seating). Designed by Macaulay Sinclair with jade-green tones, lantern-inspired lighting, traditional Chinese tiles, and a visible meat-carving window.
