We were entrusted with the complete Design & Build delivery of this landmark project, Findlater's, encompassing the intricate challenge of creating a world-class restaurant beneath one of London’s busiest transport hubs — London Bridge Station.

Working with exceptional technical precision, our team engineered and installed fully independent acoustic “ribs” within the historic arches, delivering superior sound insulation without compromising the structural integrity of the station above. This was followed by a comprehensive dry-lining package, state-of-the-art supply and extract ventilation, advanced air conditioning systems, bespoke lighting, and a flawless interior fit-out of the highest calibre.

The basement was meticulously transformed into a fully equipped professional kitchen, complete with cold rooms and extensive storage facilities, all seamlessly integrated to support a premium culinary operation.



This was an extraordinarily demanding and rewarding project, where our deep expertise in complex structural, acoustic, and railway compliance engineering was essential. Every technical solution was meticulously developed to satisfy stringent Network Rail and railway standards, while simultaneously creating a refined, immersive, and fully operational fine-dining environment.
